Earlier, PBKS elected to bat first and scored 179 for 7 on a slow pitch with Shikhar Dhawan scoring another fifty-plus innings with 47 off 57 balls. KKR’s mystery spinner Varun Chakraborty took three wickets conceding just 26 runs in his four overs. After this win, KKR moved up to the fifth position in the points table.
