Lucknow Ipl Team – Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) is a professional franchise football team based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh that competes in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Formed in 2021, the team will play their home matches at BRSABV Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. The team is owned by the RPSG Group and previously had the Rising Pune Super franchise between 2016 and 2017. The team was captained by KL Rahul and coached by Andri Gul.
The Indian Premier League Governing Council has announced two new teams for tder in August 2021.
