Mi Retained Players Ipl 2023
Mumbai Indians are ranked 10th with a bowling attack rating of 7.208. This should come as no surprise as MI Jasprit Bumrah is out and Jofra Archer and Jason Behrendorff are the only two good options. Overall, MI’s bowling attack is full of inexperience with 5 young bowlers among their top 7 bowlers.
Jofra Archer and Jason Behrendorff are the only two good options keeping their rating at 7.208. But apart from these two, Cameron Green and Arshad Khan are two decent pace options. Piyush Chawla, Kumar Karthikeya and Hrithik Shokin are three other decent spin bowling options.

Best First Choice Bowling Attack for RR: Yuzvendra Chahal, Trent Boult, Ravichandran Ashwin, Jason Holder, Kuldeep Sen, Murugan Ashwin & Ryan Parag
Eighth-ranked Rajasthan Royals might surprise you, but two reserve bowlers will cost RR some price points. RR has good top 5 bowlers like Yuzvendra Chahal, Trent Boult, Ravichandran Ashwin, Jason Holder and Kuldeep Sen. But if they need more support, they have no better options than Murugan Ashwin and Ryan Parag. Also, the loss of Prasht Krishan reduces their points a bit.
Best first-choice bowling attack for DC: Antrich Nortje, Kuldeep Yadav, Khalil Ahmed, Axar Patel, Chetan Skaria, Mitchell Marsh, Mukesh Kumar
Delhi Capitals have several options for their bowling attack. However, as they need more foreign players in batting, they have no choice but to field Indian bowlers. Antich Nortje continues to be the team’s standout bowler with good support from Kuldeep Yadav, Khalil Ahmed and Axar Patel. But the other three bowlers, Chetan Zakaria, Mitchell Marsh and Mukesh Kumar, are somewhat inexperienced, which dampens their scores a bit.

Best First Choice Bowling Attack for KKR: Andre Russell, Lockie Ferguson, Shardul Thakur, Sunil Narine, Varun Chakraborty, Umesh Yadav, Venkatesh Iyer
On paper, Kolkata Knight Riders have a strong bowling attack with Andre Russell, Lockie Ferguson, Shardul Thakur, Sunil Narine, Varun Chakraborty and Umesh Yadav. Those six are a good all-round bowling attack, but none of these bowlers can match Bumrah, Shami or Boult. Also, KKR should rely on Venkatesh Iyer if they need more bowling support.
Best first choice bowling attack for SRH: Adil Rashid, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Washington Sundar, T Natarajan, Umran Malik, Karthik Tyagi, Abhishek Sharma
Another team similar to Delhi Capitals who rely heavily on Indian bowlers. Similar to Delhi Capitals, SRH can only pick one foreign bowler in the form of Adil Rashid or Marko Jansen. However, unlike DC, SRH have a good mix of top 7 bowlers with a good pace quartet and spin trio. If SRH want to go all the way, they will need the likes of Natarajan, Umran and Sundar to come good.
