Conway also hit his third consecutive half-century in the match. After the game, the opener said: “It’s nice to be at the end and win. The plan is simple for us. Nothing much changes in each game. Play good cricket shows in the powerplay and put the bowlers under pressure. We try to repeat it regardless of the result. We probably got the best conditions and maybe didn’t hold as much as we did in the first innings. The pitch we experienced in Bangalore was much better. We knew we didn’t have to be too reckless here.”
