According to a report in the Age magazine, Cricket Australia (CA) “recently informed a number of broadcasters, both domestic and international, that they have secured two full Test tours from India and England during the next FTP, marking the number of tours in India increased from four to five matches.”

The last two Test tours to Australia, consisting of four matches each, were won by India, and these triumphs have gone down in history as two of the greatest triumphs.
The current ICC FTP, which runs from 2018 to 2023, will culminate in the ICC Men’s Over-50 World Championship to be held in India in October-November next year.
The full FTP is likely to be formally announced later this month during the ICC’s annual meeting in Birmingham on 25 and 26 July.
