The Indian cricket team defeated South Africa by 8 wickets in the final of the quadrangular series at Senwes Park, Potchefstroom on May 21 last month.
The opening matches are between New Zealand and Sri Lanka in Bristol on June 24 and India and England in Derby. A total of 31 matches will be played in the 28-day tournament. The two semi-finals will be played on July 18 and July 20 respectively, while the final will be played on July 23, 2017 at Lord’s Cricket Ground, London.
