Cricket Big Bash – In about a month, the Big Bash League will kick off this summer and the season schedule will be officially announced.
The grounds for the first 21 games have been confirmed, and details on the remaining 35 regular season games are yet to come.

The first phase of the season will be played in a bubble format with Hobart and Canberra hosting eight teams before matches are played in Adelaide and Queensland.
Cricket Austalia hopes border restrictions will be eased in the coming weeks, allowing competitions to be held across the country in 2021.
The Melbourne Stars face the Brisbane Heat at Manuka Oval in Canberra’s first match of the tournament on December 11th, before backing up against the Sydney Thunder a day later.

The Stars-Thunder clash will be the first of 16 regular season matches broadcast exclusively on Fox Cricket and Kayo. This includes the Sydney Smash and many major late season matches.

There are nine matches before the first test between Australia and India and the tournament will take a two-day break once the Border-Gavaskar series begins.
Days 3 and 4 of the weekly tests see cricket matches from 11:10 am to 10:00 pm and the cricket smorgasboard continues throughout the summer followed by stumps every night of the BBL and final 3 tests.
The regular season will end with a cliffhanger after the final Australia-India Test, which will be played over 6 days from 22 January before a five-match finals series begins on 29 January.
