Sunrisers Hyderabad pacer Umran Malik hit another personal milestone when he bowled at 157km/h to Rovman Powell at Delhi Capitals.
Sunrisers Hyderabad paceman Umran Malik is one of the discoveries of the current IPL season. Malik, who set a record earlier this season by bowling the fastest ball of IPL 2022 to MS Dhoni at 154km/h, surpassed his own achievement by setting a new record on Thursday.
Umran bowled at 154.8km/h to David Warner at Brabourne Stadium, but later in the match he hit 157km/h against Rovman Powell to finish as the fastest delivery of the IPL 2022 season so far.
