The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the schedule of cricket matches to be played by Team India between April 2021 and March 2023.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) confirmed the decision after announcing in July 2020 that Australia’s T20 World Cup, originally scheduled for October-November 2020, would be postponed due to COVID -19 pandemic. It was postponed to October-November 2022, the decision will be made on November 13, 2022 (Sunday).
The decision to host Australia in 2022 means that the 2021 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup will be held in India during the agreed period of 17 October to 14 November 2021.
The BCCI first announced a bonus of Rs 5 crore for the Indian cricket team after Ajinkya Rahane-led side won the fourth and final Test against Australia to take the series 2-1 and stop the Border-Gavaskar trophy.
India were bowled out for 328 in the final Test, ending Australia’s 32-year unbeaten run at the Gabba in Brisbane. BCCI president Sourav Ganguly and secretary Jay Shah took to Twitter within minutes to announce the bonus.
