Each match will be high-profile, with the teams vying for two spots in the 2023 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup in India, giving them nine guaranteed matches in the global ODI showpiece.
Ten teams participating in the competition are divided into two groups of five teams each. Hosts Zimbabwe, West Indies, Netherlands, Nepal and USA form Group A, Sri Lanka, Ireland, Scotland, Oman and United Arab Emirates form Group B.

Each side will play the other teams in their group once and the top three teams from each group will advance to the Super Six stage. In the Super Six they will play sides who have not met in the group stage.

All points scored in the group stage will carry over to the Super Six stage, except for those scored against teams that failed to advance to the Super Six stage. Both finalists will go to the 2023 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup.

Two-time Men’s Cricket World Cup champions West Indies will also be in action on June 18 against neighbors USA at the Takashinga Cricket Club.
Group B kicks off in Bulawayo on June 19 with 1996 World Cup champions Sri Lanka taking on the UAE at the Queens Athletic Club, while Ireland take on Oman in the next match at the Bulawayo Athletic Club.

The Netherlands will open their campaign against Zimbabwe at the Harare Sports Club on June 20, while Scotland face rivals Ireland in Bulawayo on June 21. The Super Six stage will begin on June 29, with the bottom two teams from each group competing in the playoffs.
For the first time in this tournament, DRS will be used for all matches from the Super Six stage onwards.
The competition is the culmination of four years of intense competition that includes the final five teams of the ICC Men’s CWC Super League, three automatic qualifiers from the ICC.
